Language Barrier

A guy meows back at his cat. Friend: You probably just insulted her mother. Guy: Nah, she knows I'm saying what a pretty girl she is. Cat: Wow. And here I was thinking you hated it when I coughed hairballs in your shoes! I'll have to do it more often.

 Yet another misadventure in communication.
