Outrageous Rampage

A mad scientist's monster rampages. Civilian: It's not even supposed to be alive! Can't you do something? Grim Reaper: Provide a nice fiery explosion like in the movies, and we'll go from there.

Monsters have to die in a dramatic cinematic climax.  Didn't you know that?
