'Snot Enough

What happens when your body is dealing with a cold virus* An anthropomorphic goblet cell performs a summoning spell, opening a portal to fight the virus. "I summon this beast from the Phlegm Dimension to drive out my enemies!" *may not necessarily be scientifically accurate

This is basically just me trying to explain how such an impossible amount of gunk manages to fit into my sinuses.
