Arrival Via the Strait of Jacket

A king and a prince look over a ballroom of princesses. Prince: I really don't think I'm going to find a future wife here. All these princesses are either self-centered or scary-crazy! King: Son, I'm sure if you just give them a chance- A princess in a straitjacket enters the room. Servant: Presenting Princess Schizophrene de Mentia from the Kingdom of Psychotia! King: ...Okay, you may have a point. Prince: If anyone asks, I'll be in my room, staring into space.

This is not the Cinderella you're looking for.
